You can top up at any time from your plan page. Extra credits cost $0.020 each on Free, $0.008 on Pro, and $0.004 on Leader, and credits you buy never expire. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each month.

When a question needs a person rather than an assistant, you can hire an Adept for a paid written answer or a one-to-one call, with the price agreed first and the payment held until they deliver. There is no ticket queue.

Payouts go straight to your own Stripe account. You connect it once, then every product sale, tribe tier, and expert session pays out to you automatically.
On Free, the platform fee is 11 percent on product, ticket, and tier sales and 20 percent on Adepts expert sessions. On Pro, those are 5 percent and 15 percent. On Leader, they are 3 percent and 10 percent. Stripe processing is separate.
Adepts are experts who sell paid 1:1 help, either as text answers within a set window or as scheduled video calls. Payment is held in escrow and released only when the expert delivers.
Yes. Build courses with lessons and quizzes, gate them by tier, and host free or paid events and webinars with RSVPs and tickets.
No. You can start free with no card, build your Tribe, and upgrade to Pro or Leader whenever you are ready.
A plan today is a one-off purchase covering the month or year you paid for. It does not renew on its own, so there is nothing to cancel. When it ends, your Tribes and everything in them stay exactly as they are, and their limits return to Free until you upgrade again.
